Norman Abdallah joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team in 2023, serving as Chief Executive Officer. Norman brings a wealth of experience with over 25 years as a CEO/Board Member, having held pivotal positions in various restaurant and hospitality companies both within the United States and abroad.

Norman Abdallah
Peggy Gourgues has served as Chief Operating Officer of Reliant Rehabilitation since 2011. She holds an M.A. in Speech Pathology from Louisiana State University and a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology. With over 30-year experience in healthcare, her career includes extensive clinical experience across home health, private practice, skilled nursing, and acute care hospital settings.
Peggy is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and an active member of the Healthcare Compliance Association. Since joining Reliant in 2004, Peggy has played a key role in shaping its success and remains committed to driving excellence in patient care and outcomes nationwide.

Peggy Gourgues
Stephanie Parks joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team as Vice President of Operations in 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Development Officer. She has more than 18 years of successful experience in the healthcare industry providing clinical, fiscal and strategic operations leadership.
Stephanie is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and the National Association of Professional Women, the latter of which named her a 2014 Executive Woman of the Year. Stephanie earned her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and is a 2013 graduate of the Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business MBA program.

Stephanie Parks
Amy Phipps currently serves as the Chief Clinical and Compliance Officer for Reliant Rehabilitation with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. She holds an M.A. in Speech Language Pathology and is a certified member of the American Speech Language-Hearing Association. Amy also is certified in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance, as well as being a member of the HealthCare Compliance Association. She is an active member of The National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies.

Amy Phipps
Monte Green joined Reliant Rehabilitation in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience focused on finance, strategy, and operations to the role. He started his career in financial services with firms including Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, and Imperial Capital. In 2015, he joined KMG Chemicals as Director of Corporate Development before advancing to Chief Financial Officer in 2018. After the sale of KMG Chemicals, he joined Smart Chemical Solutions in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Monte earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Monte Green, CFO
Jodi Taylor joined Reliant Rehabilitation as Chief People Officer in 2023. She started her career as an HR trainee with GE Capital, eventually becoming Vice President. After brief stints in retail, Jodi held roles as Vice President of HR at Conagra Foods and then the Chief Human Resource Officer for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), EnvisionRxOptions and Center for Autism and Related Disorders, CARD. Jodi has a BA in Business and Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and then earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York City.

Jodi Taylor
Austin Lanham joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team in 2014 where he serves as General Counsel. His duties include advising the executive team on strategic initiatives, drafting complex customer and supplier agreements, supporting compliance and employee related investigations, as well as managing all litigation matters. Prior to joining Reliant, he worked as a civil litigator in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Austin completed his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law. He currently is licensed as an attorney in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Austin Lanham
Juan F. Salas joins Reliant Rehabilitation, serving as Chief Information Officer, in October 2023. He brings over 25 years of experience as a progressive technology leader. Juan has held various senior technology executive positions with high-growth public and private equity and founder-led organizations. Most recently, Juan served as the Chief Information Officer for a large hospitality franchise, transforming customer-facing technologies, franchise technical services, and business intelligence reporting platforms.
Blending his strong strategic mindset, deep technical experience, and customer-centric focus, Juan will partner with executive leadership to deliver solutions enabling exceptional patient care.
