Norman Abdallah

Chief Executive Officer

Norman Abdallah joined Reliant Rehabilitation in 2023 as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience serving as a CEO and Board Member across multiple restaurant and hospitality organizations in the United States and internationally. He has also served as a board member of three non-profits and a manufacturing company.

With a strategic mindset and strong focus on patient-centered care, Norman is committed to advancing clinical excellence while driving organizational growth and innovation. He is passionate about fostering a positive, high-performance culture where employees feel empowered to grow and lead. Under his leadership, Reliant Rehabilitation continues to expand its partnerships nationwide, delivering exceptional rehabilitation services and measurable outcomes for patients and healthcare partners.

Peggy Gourgues

President, SNF Division

Peggy Gourgues has held leadership roles at Reliant Rehabilitation since 2004. She was recently named President of the SNF Division (2025), after serving as Chief Operating Officer since 2011. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from Louisiana State University and a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology.

With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Peggy’s background spans home health, private practice, skilled nursing, and acute care. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and an active member of Advion, supporting long-term care advocacy. Peggy remains deeply committed to advancing clinical quality, operational performance, and patient outcomes nationwide.

Clare Coleman

Division President, Senior Living Operations

Clare Coleman joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team in 2025, serving as Division President of Senior Living Operations. Clare brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical care and executive leadership across the senior living and post-acute care continuum. Beginning her career as a Speech Pathologist, Clare developed a strong clinical foundation that continues to shape her leadership approach. She is deeply committed to advancing rehabilitation services within senior living communities, aligning clinical excellence with operational performance to drive quality outcomes and partner success. Clare is passionate about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and supporting programs that enhance resident wellness and independence across the communities Reliant serves.

Monte Green

Chief Financial Officer

Monte Green joined Reliant Rehabilitation in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operational leadership. He began his career in financial services with organizations including Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, and Imperial Capital.

Monte later served as Director of Corporate Development at KMG Chemicals before advancing to Chief Financial Officer there. He subsequently held the CFO role at Smart Chemical Solutions. Monte earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Monte oversees Reliant’s financial strategy, supporting scalable growth and long-term organizational performance.

Jodi Taylor

Chief People Officer

Jodi Taylor joined Reliant Rehabilitation in 2023 as Chief People Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience in human resources, staffing and total rewards. She began her career as an HR trainee with GE Capital, eventually becoming Vice President. Jodi also held roles as Vice President of HR at Conagra Foods and then the Chief Human Resource Officer for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), EnvisionRxOptions and Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD). Jodi has a BA in Business and Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and then earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York City.

Juan F. Salas

Chief Information Officer

Juan F. Salas joined Reliant Rehabilitation in October 2023 as Chief Information Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a progressive technology executive. He has held senior IT leadership roles across high-growth public, private equity, and founder-led organizations.

Most recently, Juan served as CIO for a large hospitality franchise, where he led transformation of customer-facing technologies, franchise technical services, and business intelligence platforms. Known for blending strategic vision with deep technical expertise, Juan partners with executive leadership to implement innovative technology solutions that support operational efficiency and enable exceptional patient care.

Stephanie Parks

Chief Growth & Brand Officer

Stephanie Parks serves as Chief Growth & Brand Officer for Reliant, leading enterprise growth strategy, brand development, and market expansion initiatives. Since joining Reliant in 2007, she has held progressive leadership roles including Vice President of Operations and Chief Development Officer.

With more than 28 years of healthcare experience, Stephanie has played a central role in scaling partnerships, service lines, and national presence. She is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competency and a member of ASHA. A 2025 McKnight’s Women of Distinction honoree, she holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business.

Amy Phipps

Chief Regulatory & Revenue Integrity Officer

Amy Phipps serves as Chief Regulatory and Revenue Integrity Officer for Reliant Rehabilitation, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competency through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Amy is certified in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance and is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association. She actively participates and serves on the Board of ADVION and also is an active member in the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies. Amy leads clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and ethical practice.

Anthony Stannard

SVP Development, Senior Living Operations

Anthony Stannard joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Development for Senior Living Operations. Anthony brings more than a decade of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), partnering with senior living operators to expand rehabilitation services and support community growth.

Beginning his career as a practicing clinician, Anthony offers a unique perspective that bridges patient care and strategic development. He leads the growth and expansion of Living Rehab, focusing on building strong operator partnerships and advancing service models that drive resident outcomes and operational success. Anthony is committed to supporting Reliant’s mission and delivering innovative rehabilitation solutions across the senior living sector.

Austin Lanham

Chief Legal Officer

Austin Lanham joined the Reliant Rehabilitation team in 2014 where he serves as Chief Legal Officer. His duties include advising the executive team on strategic initiatives, drafting complex customer and supplier agreements, supporting compliance and employee related investigations, as well as managing all litigation matters. Prior to joining Reliant, he worked as a civil litigator in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Austin completed his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law. He currently is licensed as an attorney in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
