Student placements are to be requested here. The facility Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) and Regional Director will be contacted for the appropriate approvals. Typically, placement requests work best if requested no earlier than six months in advance. However, we review each placement on a case by case basis. 

Reliant has its own three party affiliation agreement between the academic institution, each facility and Reliant as the therapy provider. Therefore, each facility must have its own agreement.
